Camella Condo Homes

Last Sunday, I spent my evening at Camella Cerritos East for the launch of Camella Condo Homes in Pasig. The event was attended by Senator Manny Villar and other head executives from Vista Land. Singer Raymond Lauchengco provided the entertainment to the delight of his fans.

Accessible and affordable; modern and convenient – this is how to best describe what is being offered to home buyers at the newest Camella Condo Homes development in the heart of Metro Manila, at the crossroads of the bustling metropolis, in Pasig. Now you can ensure your family’s future in one of Manila’s most established neighborhoods – Camella Condo Homes in Pasig!

We arrived around 6PM at Cerritos East...

after a few minutes, Senator Manny Villar arrived. He did some photo-op to some people present at the said launch. After that, he was invited at the stage to give some opening message. As the Founder of Camella Homes & Vistaland International he has this vision, "Camella's masterplan for success is simple: for every house we build, we see a Filipino family; for every subdivision we create, we envision a Filipino community."

To date, Camella has sold more than 200,000 homes through more than 87 projects, earning Camella the title of The Most Preferred Home Builder among the B and C socioeconomic classes.

Then three girls strut their stuff ala-fashion model on the stage wearing red gowns, apparently the launch theme is "wedding" since Camella Condo Homes is perfect for newly-weds.

the bride.

Then her groom arrived and they walked to the upper part of the stage. They had a quick "exchange of vows." The bride walks away and the groom belted out two song. Sorry I forgot the name but he is one of the winner during the MetroPop Song Festival.

In weddings, of course there's wedding cakes, but this one sure looks big! Turn out this is not a cake, it's a miniature house model of Camella Condo Homes Pasig.

then a grand fifteen minute fireworks display, filled the air! I'm really glad that I can now take a photos of fireworks ;]

Pasig’s long, unique history of trade and the Catholic faith Pasig has always been one of the country’s most established centers of trade since the pre-Spanish times. It had been a center of human habitation for at least 3,000 years.

Pasig, the center of trade was also destined to become the center of Roman Catholic faith when Augustinian missionaries created the township of Pasig in 1572 and immediately declared it as the Visitacion Parish (Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary) the very next year, the first Marian Parish in the Philippines, and probably in the whole of Asia.

The Studio Unit (24.8 square meters) has the selling price of P1,482,347 while the 2-Bedroom Unit starts at P2,963,596. Click to that two above photos to see more details.

Below is the sample units they shown to us.

This home displays one of the many interior design options you can make out of the model unit. This has been decorated professionally by Camella Condo Homes' associate interior designer to express certain lifestyles and enhance the house features.

Modern Pasig, at the Core of the Metropolis

From its long and rich entrepreneurial history, Pasig had been transformed into a modern urban landscape, yet it has retained its charming heritage. Pasig’s Central Business District, the Ortigas Center is the second largest business district in the country. Located in Pasig and within the boundaries of Quezon City and Mandaluyong City, the Ortigas Center boasts of a number of the tallest buildings ever proposed in the Philippines – the SkyCity and SM-KS Towers are located in the Ortigas Center, as well as the second largest shopping mall in the country, the SM MegaMall. Other significant landmarks are the Asian Development Bank Headquarters, Tektite Towers, the San Miguel Corporation Headquarters, the Meralco building and Robinson’s Galleria.

Camella Takes Root in the Heart of Pasig

In response to the need for accessible and affordable residential options for city folks in the Pasig area, Camella Condo Homes is building a 10-storey mixed-use condominium building with retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor. Its prime location along Mercedes Avenue, close to the Pasig City Hall and Sta Clara Parish is in the center of connected neighborhoods intended to be near business, call centers and work hubs in Ortigas Center; schools such as St. Paul College, Arellano University, and the University of Asia and the Pacific; hospitals such as the state-of-the-art Medical City; retail complexes, 5-star hotels, and malls. Accessible via Ortigas Avenue, C-5, EDSA, and Shaw Boulevard, Camella Condo Homes in Pasig is a mere 15 to 20 minutes away from key points in Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Antipolo, Mandaluyong, and San Juan.

The rising star of mid-rise developments, Camella Condo Homes in Pasig, priced between P1.4M to P3.5M, provides home buyers a choice of studio with an option to combine units and 2-bedroom units with balcony at an amazingly low price tag of P8,500 per month. Expected to be finished and turned-over in 2014, this opportunity for families to affordably live within a quiet, modern community while enjoying close-to-home conveniences is hard to match. It’s also been designed to highlight modern building features such as cross-ventilation and central air vent system that will allow air and light to permeate every floor for a more eco-friendly lifestyle.

Wi-Fi ready with its own recreational amenities such as clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool, and parks and playgrounds. The building’s area perimeter is fully-fenced with 24-hour security and an entrance gate with CCTV system. Fire exits are planned to be located at both ends of the building as a safety feature while a modern underground drainage system will be in place for efficient flood control.

To reserve your unit at introductory pre-selling promo rates, please call 501-4020, 584-1182 or 0915-768-8838. They also welcome brokers and real estate agents at the site for special viewing appointments.
