IMORTAL on ABS-CBN

The most-anticipated and the biggest clash of stars this 2010, Imortal, has started biting its way to the viewers’ heart via ABS-CBN Primetime Bida.

From the makers of the award-winning “Lobo,” another high-caliber teleserye top-billed by two unparalleled stars in show business today, Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz. The teleserye has started thrilling each viewer making their hearts beat faster with its exceptional story and commendable effects.

Under the direction of three highly-regarded directors in the industry, Chito Roño, Jerry Sineneng and Trina Dayrit, the story of Imortal will revolve around two mortal enemies, Lia (Angel), a wolf, and Mateo (John Lloyd), a vampire, who are meant to fall for the traps of immortal love.

Included in the cast are also three of the promising stars of today that will give more zing to the tastefully done tale of Imortal: Maricar Reyes as Samantha, Rico Blanco as Lucas, and Niña Dolino as Charice.

Other cast members include actors who have been sharpened by time and experience: Jomari Yllana, Jaime Fabregas, Jake Roxas, Johnny Revilla and Vivian Velez.

Imortal’s phenomenal success on its pilot week is undeniable. Viewers were all eyes during Imortal’s premiere week as it snatched the number two spot of the nationwide Top 20 programs provided by Kantar Media. Imortal gained a 35. 5 rating leaving Grazilda with 23.6 percent last Thursday, October 8.The series has also become a trending topic on Twitter.
