SunPIOLOgy, the charity-sporting event from Sun Life Philippines and its longtime ambassador Piolo Pascual is turning 10!  a TR10 of events will excite fans to raise funds for education, diabetes awareness, and to help more Filipinos live healthier lives. Called as “SUNPIOLOGY TR10”, there are 3 ways to be part of this milestone: SUN CYCLE PH on November 17 at Bonifacio Global City, SUN LIFE RESOLUTION RUN and SUN vs STARS with Star Magic, both happening on January 26, 2019 at Camp Aguinaldo.

"Wellness has been one of our key initiatives for the past years. Now, we are strengthing our message by inspiring more people to "live healthier lives'. With our new line of new-generation Health & Accident products, Go Well community events, and partnerships such as SUNPIOLOGY, we want to show Filipinos how health and wealth shine brighter together," explains Sun Life Chief Marketing Officer Ms. Mylene Lopa.

With the growing popularity of biking for Filipino and its health benefits, SUN LIFE CYCLE PH once again takes riders around four cities (Taguig, Makati, Manila, and Pasay) in routes fit for beginner and seasoned bikers. Organized by Sunrise Events, SUN LIFE CYCLE PH categories include a Family Ride (30mins duration): Tricycle Ride (100m 500m) Short Ride (20km) and Long Ride (40km) om, Celebrity cycling enthusiasts like Sun Life ambassadors Matteo Guidicelli and Piolo Pascual will be leading the race. SUN LIFE RESOLUTION RUN

The SUN LIFE RESOLUTION RUN has evolved to a regional spectacle with cOunterparts in different Sun Life Asia territories. Aside from the Philippines, a Resolution Run to kick diabetes and live healthier lives will also happen in Malaysia (January 13), Indonesia (January 20), Hongkong (January 27) and Vietnam (January 27) Here in the Philippines, the charity run will retain its charm of a gun start by sunset as the country's biggest stars race for beneficiaries Hebreo Foundation, Institute for Studies on Diabetes Foundation, Nordhoff Foundation, and Star Magic scholars. SUN VS STARS 

The Star Magic game will shine brighter this year with the return of SUN VS STARS. Facing off to test each other’s physical prowess and mental fortitude, Sun Lifers and Star Magic talents will participate in friendly matches of basketball, volleyball, and badminton among other events. This will take place before the Resolution Run in Camp Aguinaldo with select portions stream LIVE over social media. More details will be unveiled soon. 

As the SunPIOLOgy series expands in scope and relevance, embracing the twin advocacies of education and wellness, its heart remains as bold as its vision of helping the less fortunate. “With SunPIOLOgy, we hope to spread awareness about diabetes prevention, send more scholars to school, and promote the benefits of living healthier lives,” declares Piolo during the press conference.
