For the past five years, UP Design Core has been holding annual symposiums about various design topics. The goal of the event is to explore Interior Design in different perspective and promote awareness of the discipline among the public.
Last year, these talks officially materialized into what is now known as Design Dialogues. It will be a venue for design students, professionals and related fields to discuss design practices, communicate ideas, raise awareness of the growing profession and indulge into meaningful discourses. For its release last 2018, the event was entitled Design Dialogues: Experiencing Design, a forum on experiential design.
This year, in celebration of its 43rd anniversary, UP Design Core invites you to Design Dialogues: Heritage in Focus, which will happen on the 23rd of March, 2019 from 1-5pm at the UP School of Statistics Auditorium. The event aims to give a holistic approach on the relationship of interior spaces with culture through the fields of sociology, anthropology and interior design.
