Russian Software Solutions Provider, NODA Signed Partnership with TELEDATA Philippines Inc.
Leading Russian software solutions provider for contact centers Noda Interaction Platforms has recently signed a partnership agreement with one of the leading systems integrator in the country, Teledata Philippines, Inc.
The partnership aims to strengthen Noda’s positioning in the local market - given the booming outsourcing contact centers in the Philippines - and achieve its goal of automating the contact centers in the country with its next generation solutions.
At the beginning of 2013, Noda Interaction Platforms in cooperation with Teledata Ph. Inc. launched its first project for automation of contact centers through Magellan Solutions, one of the fastest growing call centers in the country that delivers high-quality offshore outbound and inbound call center services to small and medium businesses globally.
“Our unique approach for contact centers can really benefit Philippine contact centers. Our solution can cut operational and maintenance expenses and, at the same time, enable these centers to provide high-quality service,” Andrey Zaitsev, Noda’s CEO, said.
According to Slava Varlamov, country manager, Noda Interaction Platforms Philippines, Noda Contact Center is generating keen interest among local partners and customers. Several potential deals are currently in progress and the company intends to implement new projects during the coming year.
