FREE Ferrero Rocher Chocolates From PROACTIV Solution

My mom would tell me back in the days, that I should not eat too much chocolates because it would cause pimples on my face. According to what I've read online, contrary to many beliefs, eating chocolates has no direct link to acne. We can eat anything in moderation without the fear of causing a pimple breakout, because acne is really caused by a plugged pore though build up of dead skin cells, excess oil accumulation, bacteria proliferation and inflammation of the skin. None of these factors are triggered by any type of food we intake including chocolates.

According to a website called Acne-Resource.org, "A chocolate candy bar is innocent, but is blamed regularly. Other foods that are blamed include pizza, potato chips and dairy products. No foods have been proven to cause acne. If a person maintains a healthy diet and consumes healthy vegetables and fruits, acne can be prevented."

Personally, I found out that this is true. Before I would avoid chocolate and other oily foods because of this myth. But I found out that lack of sleep, and my overall diet and less exercise is the reason why I'm having 'breakouts' every now and then.

These are one of the myths of acne, and we all should disseminate the facts and not those false beliefs about acne. Actually, the two doctors who developed Proactiv® Solution, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields carefully studied and researched the role of diet in acne. They found out that specific food like chocolates, peanuts and pizza do not cause breakouts but the overall diet of a person might cause the development of acne to some individuals.

I just want to share this PROACTIV Solution testimonial that I found on Youtube.com:

  3. I am going to take a stand as a concerned consumer – DO NOT ORDER FROM PROACTIV SOLUTIONS – not only does their product not work (it burns the face), but the pricing on their site is misleading, and their billing practices are predatory. Stay away from Proactiv! If you, or your child, are looking to clear up your face, do the smart thing and seek a professional – go to a dermatologist. In many cases, acne is caused by bacteria, and antibiotics can be very helpful. Ultimately, professional help could end up costing the same or even less than Proactiv, and you will actually get the results you seek.
