How has the new normal been affecting the laboratories' operations?
“It disrupted the operations and decreased the productivity. The management was forced to downsize and re-arrange work schedules based on the curent need. Workforce safety protocols were adapted which also affected the efficiency.”
What is your market outlook? What can clients expect you in the coming months?
“The "new normal" requires a new mindset, and that is to respond positively to this global crisis and adapt to the abrupt changes it brought in our company. We go on the offensive when our competitors are weak. Our marketing and advertising costs were minimized as we utilized the social media platform in the promotion of our products, especially those products crucial in this time of pandemic, namely: hand sanitizers, rubbing alcohol, and hand soaps.”
“We also started to engage more on selling our products through the social media and e-commerce. We maintained our focus on the needs of our customers, we respond according to their needs through launching products they keep on inquiring. Apart from that, our customer service is strengthened through adding additional work days for our regular employees to cater each and every customer in our social media pages.”
