The skin is the largest organ of our body so its just right that we should take extra care of it. For me, I see to it that I'll have a facial atleast once a month. So I can have a thoroughly clean face that regular washing and bathing cannot do. It's a necessity for me actually and became part of my regular routine. I'm really picky with skin clinics though because I have a really sensitive face and its oily too. Facial centers are dime a dozen nowadays and we should really careful in choosing one. Remember, cheap prices doesn't really translate to quality service.

So when I heard that Skin Central will be opening its 4th branch near me -- at SM North EDSA Annex, I didn't let the chance pass by. I regularly visit my fave facial center in Gateway, so if I liked this branch. I didn't have to go to Araneta Center anymore.


I chose the "Nano Peel Facial" from their 'Super TX' line. The service cost P1,500.00 and the service is roughly around 1 hour long, depends on the condition of your skin. Mine is around one hour and 10 minutes. I also requested to have a "Soft Mask" which cost extra P100.00 because my face is kinda swollen from the pricking that they did earlier. This mask will help heal the swollen area faster.



What I liked about Skin Central is the cleanliness of their place and they have an ample space for each client unlike others.

The facial attendant assigned to me named --- is highly recommended. She mastered the way of "pricking" which doesn't hurt that much. She answers my questions swiftly and you really can tell that she knows the brand well and everything about the procedure being performed on me. Pointless talking and upselling while doing the facial is prevalent in skin clinics which I really don't like. Good thing, they don't do that here in Skin Central.


Another cool way to finish off a facial is by trying the Chroma Laser Light Facial Therapy procedure which will make you look like an astronaut when worn.  It's a non-invasive and pain free treatment that encourages the production of natural collagen.

The attendant says it helps in whitening and good for pimple treatment as well.


Their most affordable Facial which is the "10 Step Cryo Facial" is just P350.00 so they really cater to every needs. So if your near SM North EDSA - Annex why not visit and try Skin Central? They offer not just facials but also Whitening, Slimming, Glutathione IV Push, Hair Removal, Diode Laser and even Waxing and Threading.
