"Ni Hao Kai-Lan" at SM Accessories
Ni Hao Kai-Lan, Nick’s Jr’s lovable adventurous preschooler with a big heart says “Hi” to her friends with her new collection at SM Accessories.
Six-year-old Kai-Lan, speaks both English and Mandarin Chinese and is super excited to share her language, her culture, her playtime with animal friends. Often referred to as the Chinese Dora, Kai-Lan is a natural leader, but she is also thoughtful and caring.
Based on the childhood memories of the show’s creator Karen Chau about growing up in a multi cultural Chinese-American household, the series introduces Mandarin, along with elements of Chinese culture and values, multiculturalism through the diverse backgrounds of Kai-Lan’s friends, and intergenerational relationships in families. Ni Hao means “Hi” in Mandarin and Kai-Lan is the Chinese name Ms. Chau was given at birth.
Join Kai-Lan and her friends as they take a fashion adventure in trendy bags, t-shirt, slippers, and caps as well as handkerchiefs and hand towels. These are not only cute and colorful, but also a lot of multi cultural fun.
The Ni Hao Kai-Lan collection is available at the Character Shop of the SM Department Store in Baliwag and Marilao.
