Global music company ONErpm marks its 15th anniversary by expanding operations into the Philippines, reinforcing its mission to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for artists in a rapidly evolving music landscape.

This milestone highlights ONErpm’s continued commitment to artist empowerment—leveraging cutting-edge technology, data-driven strategy, and a unique, artist-centric approach. The company’s services go far beyond traditional distribution, offering a robust platform that includes label services, catalog deals, joint ventures, and customized marketing strategies for creators at every level.

“We have been able to scale sustainably by consistently innovating, putting in the work and creating healthy win-win scenarios and opportunities for our clients and partners,” said Isaac Miranda, ONErpm Associate Director for Asia. “Our strategy here is to meet artists where they are and build locally with global standards.”

As one of YouTube’s top 5 global music partners with over 25 billion monthly views, ONErpm has scaled independently and profitably. Following strong growth across Asia, Africa, and other high-potential markets, the Philippines now becomes a strategic hub for the company’s deepening investment in Southeast Asia.

Establishing a Strong Local Presence

To lead its operations in the Philippines, ONErpm has assembled a dedicated team focused on artist development, business strategy, marketing, and A&R. This local expansion aligns with the company’s long-term vision of building infrastructure that supports grassroots talent with global reach.

Clark Cunanan – Senior Business Development Manager

Clark brings industry experience from The Orchard Philippines and Universal Music Group. Most recently, he served as Senior Label and Marketing Manager at The Orchard, where he worked with both major and emerging labels to expand digital reach. A Music Business Management graduate, Clark began his career in A&R before becoming a touring/session musician and later a college instructor in music production at MINT College. His cross-functional expertise helps bridge creativity and strategy to elevate Filipino artists on a global stage.

Alyssa “Pebs” Pe Benito – Marketing Manager

Presh Ong – Business Development & A&R Representative

Known as “DJ Alice” from her 10-year stint on Wish 107.5’s The Roadshow, Presh has a deep background in artist relations and broadcasting. Her experience at Radical Music saw her lead two viral hits between October 2024 and May 2025. Since joining ONErpm in June 2025, she’s been dedicated to talent discovery and artist empowerment—aligning with ONErpm's vision of being a "record label of the future." Her strong network and advocacy-driven approach strengthen ONErpm’s local presence.

Louie Tamon – Project Manager

Louie brings experience from Wish 107.5 and KDR Music House, where he developed a strong foundation in music distribution and artist support. At ONErpm, he oversees artist onboarding, backend operations, and DSP pitching—ensuring seamless release processes and excellent platform support.

A Record Label of the Future

With a tech-driven model and an artist-first philosophy, ONErpm is positioning itself as a global leader in the next era of the music industry. The Philippines, with its rich talent pool and vibrant music scene, presents an ideal environment for this next chapter.

“The Philippines already has the talent pool, a passionate music scene, and strong export potential, which allows us to add considerable value through flexible deal structures, transparency, incredible local personnel, and our tech stack,” Isaac Miranda added. “Our goal is to provide global reach with local execution. We have A&R, marketing, and partnerships teams staffed locally, but backed by a platform and network that already moves hits across continents.”

As ONErpm celebrates its 15th year, its expansion into the Philippines marks more than just growth—it represents a long-term investment in Southeast Asia's music future and a redefinition of what a modern record label can be: flexible, scalable, and built for artists.
