CARING FOR CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. SM City Marilao recently conducts a seminar on how to handle Person With Disability (PWD) customers through its SM Cares program.

 This biyearly program aims to educate and give insight to mall tenants and employees on how to and what to do in case that they will encounter a PWD customer.
