Upon checking my Youtube account yesterday, I got a message from a a certain username: rayg323. Please note that I rarely check my Youtube inbox and there's no notification on my GMail account if I received a mail. This message is dated August 19 FYI:

Digital Media Coordinator, Face to Face
The video he was talking about is that Face To Face episode which I uploaded on April 8, 2010. Currently with 96,112 views and it's the highest views for any videos related to the TV show. I got the video from Pinoy Channel, which I downloaded via Firefox plug-in and saved it for my personal use. I uploaded it later in Youtube, because I found the video so funny.
What irked me a bit is they threatening me now with some legal action if I don't take down the video. Please note, that they sent that message on Aug 19, and said in the letter that they will do that after 5 working days. It's September 8 now.
Though they are right that they own the video, it is not my intention to infringe any copyright of TV5. I don't make money from the that video. I just put it on Youtube.com so I can share to other that TV5 has a new show, so they can check it out and I think my uploaded video & other Face to Face videos on Youtube are one of the reason why people got curious on the show. I even made a Facebook Page (1,362 fans) to further promote it and this is what I got in return.
PS:the title is just copied from the recent word war of Claudine & Angelica. Peace TV5 dont sue me LOL!
