BREAK THE CODE: Deciphering and Conquering the Challenges of Performance Management

2D Productions is organized by Third year-Human Resource Management students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. This event is one of 2D Productions first few webinar projects entitled: “BREAK THE CODE: Deciphering and Conquering the Challenges of Performance Management” where participants/viewers will gain insights and the purpose of surmounting your underperformance.

Meanwhile, The theme Break the Code was used as a representation to employees who are puzzled on how to enhance their performance. Hence, this webinar aims to help in Deciphering and Conquering the Challenges of Performance Management and  impart knowledge on how to address such issues especially in the point of view of Human Resource Practitioners.

The said webinar will be divided into two comprehensive talks. The first topic is entitled How Far You’ll Go: The Impact of Motivation in Performance Management. It will be presented by their guest speaker Mr. Daniel Matthew D. Butardo, a Human Resources Associate of the Talent Acquisition Department at St. Luke’s Medical Center - Global City. The second topic is entitled No Backing Down: Boosting Employees’ Productivity which will be discussed byMr. Rodel M. Ancot,CPHR,CLDP,CPM, CLSSYB, a founder of ODEE Organizational Planning Services. 

Happening on 27th day of July, 2022 at 1-5 pm, the webinar will be livestream via Facebook live and ZOOM. It is open for all and specifically to those who want to acquire knowledge in surpassing job performance.
