Young Entrepreneurs’ Society UP (YES UP) is a duly-recognized socio-civic organization in the University of the Philippines Los Banos established in 2016. With its vision to be a premier entrepreneurial organization in Southeast Asia and its mission to provide a venue where aspiring entrepreneurs can unleash their potential in various business fields, the organization has refined several executives primed for greatness. It is our objective to instill and promote entrepreneurial endeavor within and outwith the university by reaching out to students and individuals in transforming ambition into action. 

YES Talks is an annual event conducted by YES UP in order to promote entrepreneurship in the university. For this year’s event, we are expanding our reach as we aim this event to be accessible and available for everyone. Currently, with our current situation, a great amount of people have been struggling financially due to the challenges that this pandemic has brought, thus, our event aims to unlock and break boundaries into new ways and provide tips on how to be financially literate and gain future-proof finances. 

This year’s event theme is “Money Talks: Breaking Boundaries, Forging Future". The event will be featuring topics such as freelancing, Stock Market, and NFT. 

The event will also feature the following speakers: 

FREELANCING: 

● Ms. Ulrike Marcelle Bondoc (freelancer and content creator behind the Youtube channel Nikki B Vlogs) 

● Ms. Princess Bornolla (CEO of PRB Digital Marketing Services) 

STOCK MARKET: 

● Mr. Romer Tawid (also known as Omeng Tawid on his Youtube channel) 

NFT: 

● Mr. John Mark Balanquit Fernandez (present Director of Education for The Coin Bubble)
