Challenge what you know about design and join the Benildean Industrial Designers (BIND) for the biggest local celebration of World Industrial Design Day! BIND has once again broken boundaries with World Industrial Design Week 2021: Reinvent the Ordinary, and the event is in full swing!

This year, from July 5-9, they’re shedding light on the direction of the design world, and how it can further be improved. Following the World Design Organization’s theme of “Perspectives, Experiences, Diversity”, the Benildean Industrial Designers have invited speakers from all over the world to provide insightful advice on how to approach design. From local sculpture, to utilizing game design, to creating spaces that exist completely on the web, Reinvent the Ordinary will have all your bases covered.

The Benildean Industrial Designers have invited keynote speakers like Yuri Zaitsev of Quotient Design Research, Social Designer Bianca Carague, and founders of Lamana PH, Jar and Kay Concengco, and will be holding workshops by And A Half and Amy Nayve. With 12 talks and 2 workshops over the course of five days, this will be the perfect opportunity to reinvent yourself.
