Greenfield Development Corporation unveils TRAVA, an Ultra Upscale Residential Project in Laguna

I had the chance to attend the exclusive preview of Greenfield Development Corporation's newest residential concept in Sta. Rosa, Laguna few weeks ago. TRAVA is a luxurious, high-end subdivision and the flagship project of Greenfield Deluxe, Greenfield’s new upscale brand. Greenfield City tapped renowned architects Leandro Locsin Jr. and Ana Sy for the designs of the homes.

Greenfield Development Corporation is one of the Philippines’s most diversified real estate companies, rapidly expanding through aggressive developments in industrial, commercial, residential, recreational and infrastructure projects and they are responsible for the success of Twin Oaks Place, the first ever residential park, Pramana in Sta. Rosa, the only smart and connected district in the Philippines, Greenfield District, the premier outlet hub of the South, Paseo de Santa Rosa and many other projects.

Our first stop is the official unveiling and blessing of the ZADIA and TRAVA showrooms attended by the head honchos of Greenfield Development Corporation including GDC chairman Mr. Jeffrey D. Campos and Atty. Duane A. X. Santos, Executive Vice President and General Manager. Then, we head on to the future site of TRAVA homes.

Greenfield solidifies Sta. Rosa stronghold with Greenfield City milestones

Developing well-planned communities that are wise stores of value is at the heart of Greenfield Development Corporation’s thrust in designing and building residential enclaves in the 450-hectare Greenfield City located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Continuously contributing to the new growth center, Greenfield City is unveiling some of its development milestones foremost of which are Trava and Zadia that are both positioned to be new additions to the master-planned city’s eco-friendly and innovative residential portfolio.

“Launching some of the newest milestones at Greenfield City gains significance for us at Greenfield, as they validate that we are on the right track in supporting the urbanization and progress of Sta. Rosa, Laguna which is already home to important business parks and industrial zones that help steer economic momentum in Metro Manila,” said Atty. Duane A. X. Santos, executive vice president and general manager of Greenfield Development Corporation.

New Ultra-upscale Project

Envisioned for individuals and families looking for spacious green living, the 31-hectare horizontal development allots almost half of its land area to verdant, open spaces. With green residential houses designed with top-notch materials, Trava provides unparalleled quality of living and most importantly, sought-after energy efficiency.

Located at the heart of Greenfield City, Trava’s features highlight the integration of tree-lined roads, dedicated bike lanes and jogging paths, fully underground utilities, and solar-powered areas in the clubhouse.

Sophisticated amenities will also complement the gracious lifestyle of residents at Trava with its tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, function rooms, a dance studio, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

And in keeping with its instrumental role of building infrastructures to create value for its developments and spurring growth in neighboring communities, Greenfield has recently completed the development of a 1-kilometer long, 25-meter wide road that will serve as convenient access going to Trava.

New Vertical Community

Zadia, meanwhile, is a new vertical community that provides the best of both worlds for those looking for a quiet, suburban lifestyle but also desire the conveniences of condominium living. Low density set in a nature-rich environment is the foremost quality of the 36,000 square meter condominium complex.

The first of the enclave’s five mid-rise buildings only rises up to 10-storeys. The floor layout is designed withonly 24 units that each has its own balcony, and comes in studio and one-bedroomunit configurations. A swimming pool area, clubhouse, an indoor basketball court, tennis court, and a gazebo decked by landscaped gardens are some of its premium amenities. Zadia is a place where residents can thrive in green living and living inspired. It is a space to live with Greenspiration.

Completed Alternate Road

Greenfield also completed the alternate route of Eton-Greenfield Interchange in Malitlit town, as well as the Greenfield City-Unilab (formerly Mamplasan) and Sta. Rosa interchanges to improve ease of access in going in and around Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

These roads also enhance access to Greenfield City’s residential, business, and industrial hubs for homeowners and professionals. Some of these are the Paseo Outlet hub, Santa Rosa Business Park, and Solen and Pramana residential communities that precede Trava and Zadia.

Going Big on Retail

Greenfield continues to prioritize making Greenfield City the best alternative place to live, work, and play outside of overcrowded Metro Manila with new developments in the pipeline for the year. At present, Greenfield City already showcases sought-after pioneer outlet malls and al fresco shopping malls. By 2019, more than 3,000 sqm of new retail leasable space will be added to its current inventory.

From a single building called Paseo that housed a few shops, the commercial and lifestyle center added a fresh produce market and more establishments. Six other Paseo buildings followed that offered sports brands, signature labels, bars, clinics, hair salons, and others stores. Paseo Outlets eventually became a weekend destination for urban dwellers that are looking for bargain finds and good food.

The latest addition to the complex, Paseo 6, will feature a two-level car park structure with one-level wrap-around retail establishments. With an exciting mix of food and non-food stores, it will be slated to open by the second half of 2019.

Additionally, a new two-levelretail building within the transport terminal will soon be operational within the retail complex. Lining up a host of unique establishments, it will be part of a bigger development plan that Greenfield will undertake to show the company’s trust and commitment to the city of Sta. Rosa, and to contribute to the city’s dynamic economic growth.

Other Completed Projects

Further taking advantage of its position as one of the leading property developers in the country, Greenfield is also boosting growth and achieving milestones with its other master-planned township, the Greenfield District, in Mandaluyong City.

“These are milestones that are testament to our unrelenting optimism in the Philippine property sector and our commitment to develop land for the welfare of generations of Filipino families,” said Santos.

Further shaping the urban landscape of Greenfield District is Zitan, a pioneering residential condominium near the EDSA MRT hub that is currentlyushering in its excited new homeowners. The Greenfield Tower along Mayflower Street is also highly anticipated as the new Greenfield corporate headquarters and as a new BPO office building and office headquarters for companies and locators. Greenfield is also inaugurating the rehabilitated Williams Street that will serve as a vital connection to main EDSA thoroughfare.

“We have confidence in the potential of Philippine cities to thrive this is why we continue to build on our developments—guided by our promise of developing communities that are worthy to be handed down, from one generation to the next,” said Santos.
