LENOVO Expands Ultraportable IdeaPad Product Line with S300 and S400 Laptops

These affordable thin and light laptops strike a balance between portability and performance for consumers who want more computing power than a netbook and longer battery life than a traditional laptop, without the premium price of an Ultrabook™. The IdeaPad S300 and S400 combine comfort, simplicity and responsiveness to give consumers an affordable PC with quality construction, low price point and solid performance.

Slim and stylish multimedia companion

The S300 and S400 make great travel companions as it is less than an inch thick at 21.9mm thin to be exact, and weighs only 1.8kgs. They’re stylish too, designed with a smooth metallic finish and super sleek profile. Plus both laptops come in a variety of colors – cotton-candy pink and silver grey for the IdeaPad S300 and crimson red and silver grey for the IdeaPad S400.

Both offer premium features for immersive entertainment and multimedia activities such as a 14-inch HD widescreen display for S400 and 13.3-inch for S300, HDMI output, 3 megapixel web camera and stereo speakers.

Powerful and intelligent

The Lenovo IdeaPad S300 and S400 laptops are built to deliver mainstream performance with the IdeaPad S300 powered by Intel Pentium processor and S400 powered by 3rd Generation Intel Core i3 processor.

Users will surely be able to maximize the storage space of their S300 and S400 laptops for their music, movies and documents as both come equipped with up to 500GB hard disk storage capacity. In addition, intelligent energy management features not only increase time spent between charges—up to 5 hours—but also protect the long-term durability of the battery.

The S300 and S400 also feature intelligent touchpad that gives users a more controlled experience when scrolling and zooming, while the AccuType keyboard with individual rounded keys provides a platform for comfortable and accurate typing.

Users can also take advantage of innovative ease-of-use features such as Lenovo Quick Start “instant on” functionality to get online in seconds. Pricing and Availability

The Lenovo IdeaPad S300 is priced at Php21,995 while the IdeaPad S400 is priced at Php24,995. Both laptops will be available by third week of September.
