World of Fun (WOF) Celebrates 25th Anniversary

WOF launched a year-long celebration marking its 25th anniversary, a particularly significant milestone in WOF’s history. The celebration kicked off at SM City San Lazaro’s activity center with the theme ‘Todo Saya, Todo Fun Pamilya, 25 Years Na!’ Different WOF branches will also join the celebration by hosting events across the country throughout the year.

The activity center was jam-packed with more than a hundred valued clients, special guests and mall goers. The bubbly tandem of Love Radio 90.7’s Diego Bandido and Kristine Dera hosted the event with their wacky and crazy antics. The festivity was full of games for kiddies and parents alike. Everyone enjoyed WOF’s interactive game machines like Crazy Hoop, Pang Pang Paradise, and Jungle Drummer. Exciting raffle prizes were also drawn during the event and were given away like WOF gift certificates and VIP cards.

WOF Videoke Idol finalist Louie Regala and model-performer ElaverPacatang serenaded the audience with their captivating performances. World of Fun’s own Woffy brought total entertainment as he danced to the tune of WOF’s jingle. Awed and thrilled by the Woofy’s presence, many of the kids had their photo taken with the adorable mascot.

World of Fun, Celebrating 25 Years of Wholesome Family Fun

World of Fun started in December 1987, with a single store in SM City, North EDSA. Today, there are 140 entertainment centers nationwide. For 25 years, WOF has been bringing delight and enjoyment to Filipino families through wholesome and interactive attractions, which is a hit for children and adults alike.
At WOF, families get to enjoy an experience that their kids will remember for a lifetime, and at the same time, spend some quality bonding time together. April Lim, mother of three, and a frequent mall goer, relates her fun, family experiences with WOF: “You can take your children almost anywhere these days. Still, nothing beats a truly family-oriented destination where you can enjoy and bond with the kids, and at the same time, is light on your pocket.”

“I bring my kids to WOF because it’s a good place for us to have fun during the weekends,” said RomelCardoza, father of one. “There are many things I can enjoy here together with my boy like the arcades and the Crazy Hoops basketball game.”

World of Fun is the pioneer and largest mall-based Family Entertainment Center in the country, with loads of wholesome game machines for the whole family to enjoy, all available in its different branches nationwide.
