Enchong Dee - Men’s Health Philippines

Your guide to your coolest summer ever starts with Men’s Health Philippines! Lose that gut and get your body beach ready this summer with the April 2012 issue of Men’s Health Philippines with swimmer-actor Enchong Dee on the cover and model Barbara Baretto on the flip.

Dee is gracing the cover for the second time and Men’s Health editors believe that his commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and his achievements is something readers can aspire for. “He’s one of the biggest stars of ABS-CBN and a fine actor. Despite his busy schedule, it doesn’t stop him from committing to a workout routine and continue to push himself further,” Men’s Health Deputy Editor, Peejo Pilar says.

In the cover story, Dee shares how his mindset as an athlete helped him become just as successful in the field of showbiz. “I will not be who I am today without swimming,” says Dee. The former national swimmer is now setting his fitness goals a notch higher by easing himself into doing triathlons. In fact, running has become a regular part of his workout routine. “These days I like to run at high noon because I like to sweat,” Dee says.

Also in this month’s issue is the MH Hot List—a selection of things to do, the coolest gadgets, essential guy skills, and summer related tips from eight gorgeous MH Girls of Summer. The Men’s Health Guide To Footwear will make shoe shopping easier for guys and gives you rules on what type to wear for any occasion. While this month’s workout poster, The Ultimate Boot Camp Workout, will help you blast away fat and reveal that abs as you hit the beach.
