FilPass Tamperproof Tech Inc. holds a talk on Filipino Women in Construction

For the longest time, women have been robbed of opportunities to succeed – such is the case in the Philippine construction industry. With that, FilPass Tamperproof Tech Inc. will be holding a virtual talk titled, “Industry Academe Linkage for Construction Series: Women in Construction” this September 1, 2021 via AirMeet and streamed live on FilPass’ Facebook page.

The event aims to highlight the successes of Filipino women amidst the challenges that they face in a male-dominated working environment. It will be discussing the developments in the representation of women in the construction industry amidst gender inequality. The event would also elaborate on how the industry highlights the significance of women in the workforce and most importantly, how new technologies support them in facing difficulties and achieving successes.

Come and join Engr. Hanna Trespeces of Engineering Wins PH; Engr. Kharene Pacaldo, Quantity Surveyor and Content Creator; Ar. Chona Ponce of UST College of Architecture; and Dr. May Rose Imperial of PTC Women Engineers Network as they share personal stories and experiences of being a woman in the Philippine construction industry.

Also, get to know new and exciting offers that FilPass’ partner merchants have to the growing number of CIORS ID holders from students, workers, and professionals. It’s also never too late to sign up for CIORS by heading over https://ciors.filpass.ph/, where the registration fee of PHP 112 (VAT Inc) is waived until October 31, 2021.
