Bryan grew up with his foreign step father Jake Long and his filipina mother Merilyn Forneste who was a former singer in South Korea.

Lucena City is a very memorable place for Bryan where his career starts at age of 14. His first Mall Show was in Pacific Mall with Enrique Gil. By then, music career opened up the door for Bryan and he has been invited to sing in series of Mall Shows with celebrities such as, Alexa Ilacad, Nadine Lustre, James Reid, Nash Aguas, Kim Chiu, etc.

Bryan Chong was born with a gifted talent to perform and credits his fearless stage presence with his experience. “Music is a dream. It’s what I love to do to escape from a playful reality, a escape from our judgmental world, a escape from the words “you can’t do it, there’s nothing good in your voice. You’ll end up nothing with singing because it’s not a real job,” he said.

He was first seen on a primetime TV Magazine Show that leads him to sign in a three-year contract under Star Image Artist Management together with concert producers from Aqueous Entertainment. Managed by Mr. Vince Apostol and Mr. David Cabawatan.

After Bryan’s journey on The Voice Teens Philippines where he showcased his undeniable talent, Bryan had so many endorsements and guesting.

He was given a chance to move in to Blind Auditions after making it to mall auditions with thousands of aspirants. He did "Kahit Kailan" by South Border and mesmerized the judges with clean high notes using falsetto.

Sarah Geronimo first turned her chair for Bryan followed by Sharon Cuneta who threw so much emotions. He got a standing ovation from the two coaches and left with a very remarkable comments, “Ang galing galing mo grabe ka!”, “Grabe naman yan, seventeen years old ganon kagaling!” from Coach Sarah, and “You did it, you nailed it. I’ll keep an eye on you!” from Coach Bamboo. Coach Sharon invited Mr. Rey Valera on stage hoping to get Bryan for her team. Before leaving the stage, Coach Sarah beg for Bryan to choose her as a coach with a comment “Alam mo Bryan kailangan na kailangan kita sa team ko. Sana hayaan mo ako na maka trabaho ka. It would be an honor na maka trabaho ang kasing galing mo.”

Rendering a supremely clean falsetto voice he was then dubbed as the Falsetto Prince and the Dark Horse of Team Sarah.

Now he is ready to perform and make history on the concert stage. Everyone is invited!
