Highest Paid Jobs in PH according to PMAP Survey: Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Generalist & IT Help Desk Support


The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the premier organization committed to excellence in people management, recently unveiled the result of their Compensation and Benefits Survey that was done from August to December of last year.

The 2016 PMAP Salary and Benefits Survey Report contains trends and facts about compensation practices, benefits administration, and cash data covering different industries and functional disciplines.








The summary of the survey was revealed during a press conference entitled  Tama ba ang sinasahod mo? The Highlights of the PMAP Salary and Benefits Survey held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila recently. 

A total of 105 companies from 29 industries responded to the said survey. The industries with the most number of participants were from Construction, Engineering and Real Estate; Banking and Financial Services; Academe; Business Process Outsourcing / Knowledge Process Outsourcing; Manufacturing and Recruitment and Manpower Services. 80% of the companies were from the National Capital Region and 20% from the provinces.





The  survey also includes reports on Compensation Practices (like Salary Increase, Guaranteed Bonus, Performance-based Bonus) and Benefits Data (like De Minimis Benefits, Allowances, Health Benefits, Loan Programs.)

It is interesting to note that the highest paying job here in the Philippines according to this survey (Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Generalist & IT Help Desk Support) is related to information technology.  This survey also reveals that the average basic monthly salary of a Junior Rank-and-File employee ranges from P20,910.65 to P25,701.50
